Warm Up: Lunge Matrix + Leg Swings
A warm morning, slightly hungover :(, managed to keep it together on a newish route. Struggled to control my HR in the second half and was getting annoyed with the strap. The run itself was okay. Found myself drifting away from the low end again as average HR shows, was hovering in the low 150s as opposed to the 140-150 zone. Need to get back there even though it's a frustrating pace to run at.
