Much better than last week. Firmer footing but this course also had more twists with lots of U turns and 90 degree turns. Plus it was hotter so I do think it was a better run. Just disappointed that when Chris picked up the pace in the second half I couldn't respond but crucially I didn't slow down. He's come off a 6:25 Comrades though and is putting more miles than I am.
