Warm-up: Dynamic Stretches

3km then 4x1500m with 90s jog in between finished with ~3km back home. Enjoyed running on the road but the off road segments were a bit hard to control so had to slow down and it showed, 6:39 and 6:40 vs 6:11 and 6:27 which is where I expected my splits to be ~4:15/km not 4:25+. Anyway, it's the effort that counts. The HR effort was more than manageable
