Warm-up: SR Standard
What a run. The first 7 km was supposed to be steady, expect km 7 I thought I ran fast but controlled. Next 3 km was easy and the last 3 km fast and fast it was. Though it is mostly downhill, I have never ran it that quickly, even last year!
