Warm Up: SR Standard Warm Up

Strange run that, cold as hell and was all dressed up and definitely overheating slightly. I had to fight myself to keep my Hr low. I guess because it was cold etc, HR 145-150 was slow as hell. I'm gonna struggle with these slow paces.
