Warm Up: Lunge Matrix
Venturing out into the hills. Did the 8km Witdoring Route, still as exhilarating as ever. Started this quite easy, clearing my head of the wine and beer from yesterday then got into a rhythm on Witdoring itself. Didn't get killed by the 600m Wekker climb or the finish up Timbavati
