Warm Up - Lunge Matrix with Leg Swings
Ran at a comfortable effort. The ~2 glasses of wine yesterday made for a groggy start. The second half of the run was really fun, keeping the effort steady but running a good pace. These sort of paces 4:20-4:30 are starting to feel really comfortable. They key now in the coming weeks is to start extend the time I can run at this effort and hopefully this will filter down into my faster paces. Definitely felt an improvement in my stamina in the tempo run on tuesday. Tomorrow I go long...were 55 minutes at least.
