Warm Up: SR Standard Warm Up
Great run, kept calm as I struggled to get going in the first 2km but once over the Timbavati/Paul climbs, legs just wanted to go and I let them. Despite some wardrobe (laces) and watch (paused timer, ran on for 100-200m without restarting, wrote that off) malfunctions got into a nice rhythm and after the 3rd km, was able to consistently run 4:00-4:10. Great for a training run
Cool Down: SR ITB Rehab Routine...struggled with the pistol squats though
