Warm Up: Leg Swings

Easy 3 km to begin with then 5 km in ~19:45 @ 3:57/km, then an easy 2 km to finish. Decent run, legs were heavy as expected but manage to move, felt like I was on threshold so will be a good stimulus, but could have run the last 2 km at the same effort.

Cool Down: Myrtl + Top to Bottom Stretches
