Warm Up: Dynamic Stretches and 2x150m strides

Wow is all I can say. Built up some decent speed considering it was effort controlled to a max of 170 (hills excluded). Really felt strong, was expecting to be quicker after the other week's session but not as quick as I was. Great progress
