Warm Up: SR Standard Warm Up + 2x150m strides
Surprising improvement this week, 4:33/km and 4:34/km over the last two weeks and this week 4:28/km. Not much has changed really, if anything I feel a bit more tired this week though a bit more battle hardened. A side by side comparison of this week vs last is telling, the first three kms aside every split is 4-8s quicker. Legs are definitely feeling the kilometres though but nothing untoward yet, 2 1/2 more weeks then a very easy one coming up.
Cool Down: Top to bottom stretch.
