Warm: SR Standard Warm with 2x150m strides
Decent run, a bit warmer than last week so the pace was a bit slower. I didn't get into the red zone and was able to pull back when my breathing went up until the end when I let go and had a decent run in. Still feel slow but I also know that this type of training will push my two thresholds closer to each other while still zapping some of my 5/10k speed.. Did the last 5km in 40:50, so 41:40 10km pace and I wasn't pushing so it's not all bad
