No warm up

I was a bit tight around the upper calf and knee as has been the case for a while. The area is improving but the rate of improvement has slowed though it doesn't affect my running. The run itself was a delight. I felt good so ran at the upper boundary of what would be my easy pace. I enjoyed doing a bit of work instead of coasting. I was happy with the consistency in pacing and not having to work harder as the run progressed to maintain that. I think if I can just hover around this effort level and stay injury free things will go well next year.
