Warm Up: SR Standard Warm Up

Did the Rubenstein stretch via Jacques, and went back up Paul to make sure it was at least 10km. Will be a good benchmark route to do. Didn't struggle at all through the running and finished pretty strong. Would usually run down Wekker but added the climb up Paul to Timbavati to add another hill. Felt great!
