Warm Up: Lunge Matrix
Nice run, starting to feel the kilometres in my legs, in a good way I think. I can actually feel that I have put in ~230 km over the last 30 days, so my 7 day average is ~53.7 km. Felt it was a lot more consistent effort, and still having to consciously slow myself down so that's a good thing.
