That came as a bit of a surprise. On Wednesday I did an up-tempo run and ended up going at 4:34/km and feeling a bit lousy and downbeat at the end. Today I just ran as I felt comfortable no pressure and got to the last ~500m still with almost 4 minutes to spare and I had to add a bit of distance to get to 40 minutes. The pace...4:35/km and way more comfortable than on Wednesday. Either Wednesday was a bad day or the fitness is coming back. I think just running as I feel instead of saying, up-tempo, easy, recovery etc will be better for me until I'm up to my normal routine and mileage
