I'm getting the sense that after the disruptiveness of the past 2.5 weeks, my body is confused and thinks I'm tapering. Legs feel frisky every time and it's an effort to try and slow down, so I don't. And despite maybe touching on moderate efforts, these runs are ridiculously comfortable. In any case, I'm certain that as I push the mileage back over 100km and reintroduce doubles, the pace will go back up again P
