Warm-up: SR Standard WU
Okay run, felt faster than the splits recorded, lesson not to drink the night before a fast effort. Meant to be a 5:3:2 breakdown, easy, steady, fast. At least the pattern was correct in terms of pace, getting quicker as the run progressed, Just have no top end at the moment but I could go on forever at the 4:15-4:30 pace range
