Warm Up: Lunge Matrix

Interesting run, at times I was flying, others just coasting. It never felt difficult but the miles are really getting into my legs now. Feeling strong but starting to feel like I'm working now. Also venturing out into the hills a bit, some decent climbing today, just enough to put some work into the legs. Tomorrow is a biggie.
