Warm Up: Lunge Matrix with Leg Swings
A swirling wind and the unexpected drop in temperature were the major challenges. I'm also obviously running on the edge of my endurance capacity but at 60 minutes I felt better than I did at that point last week on a tougher course. Each week it's gets better. I'm running further and a little bit quicker so all is going well.
