WIth the rain, that almost didn't happen but the patience was rewarded with one of the most enjoyable runs of this current cycle. It was easy but not quite in the recovery zone. At least with the HR monitor I kept it in the 65-70% HHR range. I ran the flatness from yesterday out and felt like my old self in that last (admittedly easy) 3km. Even kept the HR in control going up Timbavati towards home. Injury is basically healed. The trick now is to run into the new year injury free as planned.
