Warm Up: Lunge Matrix, Donkey Whips and Kicks, Mountain Climbers
Decent run, still niggly on the left, most around the knee, shins have calmed down, started off sore and subsided. Strangely a good stretch afterwards got rid of the discomfort, so it's tightness that's the issue, not weakness? Pace very comfortable though
