Warm-Up - SR Standard Warm Up
Surprising how comfortable that was for the most part. The last five minutes were hard work but that's to be expected as my longest run had been 40 minutes up to this point. Even without pace prompts my splits were still pretty consistent and I felt like I was running consistently. No sign of any niggles just the slight soreness that I remember after a long run.
