3:11 2:59 3:08 3:12 3:23 3:29 3:22. tried to go for 0.6.mile on each of them but some got a little long. was a little hard to guess what intensity to go at with the hills and the wind. felt pretty good. rest was about 3 mins a little longer for the ones at the end because i had to poop
