It pains me to end this spring season like this. I didnt actually get a chance race and see how much better i had gotten. I feel that i have put in a great deal of work since the cross season. my Achilles and now the suspicious lump on my shin just makes it not worth it to continue. despite this i think 2 weeks off will be well earned.
In other news the river has risen greatly and is almost at the greenway
