got put in the slow heat because i havent ran a mile yet so no seed time. i wasnt in racing effort today just kind gave enough effort to win the heat. started in the very back of the group for the first quarter then just moved up throughout the race. felt easy enough for the pace and amount of mileage on the day so im actually kind of happy.
