first 16 mile long run up the ridge and bike on the bike path. very fun and good run lots of elevation gain.

Feeling pretty good about running the 5k next week at SDSU. Really dont know what this higher mileage will do for me this early joel seams pretty excited for it and thinks he can do a good mile. looking forward to maybe seeing some old faces and hopfully racing against them.
