Notes

One of the best long runs ive had in a very long time. Not as hot and humid this time. Pretty much ignored my watch for most of the run and just went. This work very well and i felt really good for the whole run. Drank a little bit of very watered down nuun at like mile 12 which probably wasnt nesscesary this time but oh well. Good run
