started at lincon park and ran south on the river for 3 then turned around and did about 3 back and a loop at lincon. the river was pretty fun to run on but it was pretty hard because of the snow. the trails were probably the nicest thing ive ran on since the cross season. Achillies still feel sore after runs so i dont know what to do about that. i also got a new watch so thats cool.
