Went to meet crud but was running a few late and missed the start. Thought I could catch them if I took lower loop.
When I arrived at the north lot, Diane VD had just arrived for her own run so rather than doing spruce meadows and spruce mountain, I opted for another loop of greenland for the company. Felt good, felt like I pushed pace a bit.
