Tried to get on treadmill in morning but was wiped out after 5 minutes. Finally have to admit I must have a touch of the flu. Alex wanted to run so we did the road loop running and skipping and walking. The weather was windy but beautiful. She did awesome. Have to count it because not getting any other mileage while I feel this way.
