Notes

Long hard slow slow slow tough run. Didn't bring enough calories or water. Felt weak on the hills. Spent a lot of time hiking. Went further and took far more time than I planned. Bumped into Bob O and we spent about 15 minutes together, was good to catch up. Trails had a lot more people than usual, but it's a Saturday, 50+ degrees, and I went out way later than I should have. At least I added a few more miles to build up. Plan is 16 next week then 20 plus with CRUD. Trying to fight off a cold which could have something to do with my less than stellar speed and effort this week.
