Did Elk park to top of Pikes peak (turned around on the 16 golden stairs when I saw Kim) then ran back down to Barr Camp and out to Elk Park. The altitude really hurt me. I did not bring enough water so I got dehydrated. Overall a very tough run today but feel mentally tougher for it.
