So my goal was to get some heat training in on tired legs and do sub 9 minute miles. I also wanted to see how my knee felt. Well, my legs were tired and on the out trip north it took a couple miles to get into a rhythm. On the return, the winds kicked up significantly and I actually had some rain and hail to accompany my return. So much for the heat training, but I did get in a lot of head wind training. Knee felt alright, so a little ice when I get home and another week in the books. One more to go before taper.
