Was worried after 2 days of not feeling strong enough to run. Just wanted 6ish even it I ran 10 mm. I started slow and kept it easy for first 30 minutes, but felt strong enough to push a little the last few miles at 7.2-7.3, Thought I might feel awful after but felt decent. Hopefully getting this bug out of my system.
