warmup/cooldown on YWCA track 30 minutes on treadmill, started at 10:00pace progressing down to 7:30 pace every 5 minutes (last 5 minutes was done in 2:30 and 1 minute intervals). Kicked a guy off my treadmill because he didn't sign up.
