Ran through Split Rock Lighthouse State Park and then the Split Rock River Loop of the Superior Hiking Trail. An amazing trail run with some sweet waterfalls, etc. I felt great until I got dehydrated and needed some food. I fell about 7 miles in. Perfect morning for a run!
