5 minute warmup

10 minutes - alternating 1 lap up tempo 1 lap recovery

30 minutes on the treadmill increasing the speed by 2 or 3 button pushed every 5 minutes.

Nadia did really well hanging out in front of Christy and I while we did the cardio machines.
