Captain’s log (resumed): New PR at Detweiller today. Went into the run not feeling good, but I still did great. It seems that when I feel like crap, I compensate by running faster. All I know is that I ran varsity at Detweiller, and finished in the 18 club. Now I’m off to go play a concert at Thunder Valley at 2:10.
