Notes
This was a great race. Throughout the entire race I was increasing and doing the four parts amazingly. I think thats a word. I got 28:04 and am super happy about it. I think it is a personal record but I'm not quite sure. I also had a cheering squad during the race. Also my family came to watch me run as well so that made me feel great too. Amazing running with these guys and I couldn't ask for anything better.
