Notes: My body woke me up a little bit before 5 and then I started to hydrate pretty well. I made sure to elevate my legs last night and massage my calves because I knew today would be tough if my legs were stiff. Surprisingly, my legs felt pretty loose right away. By mile 4 I think I was close to around 6 flat pace and the breeze felt great so I thought today is going to be a good day. There were some big hills. Overall, really great run and couldn't have asked for better weather. I figured if I ran 1:45:00 then I would be a little over 16, I never had an idea that I would get 18.3. I enjoy doing the math in my head during the run but I was way off. This is my longest run ever. About 11 miles of gravel, 7.34 of pavement. Time to recover. Elevation ranged from 710 ft- 900 ft.
