10-12x 200 @ MRP, 200jog. My alarm went off at 6am and I almost went back to bed, but didn’t know when else I’d get it down today so got up anyways and made some coffee and did some flute activation. It was really humid out bc it had just stormed. Just did my 200’s on the road again. The odd 200’s were just barely downhill and the evens just barely uphill. Marked it out with my shirt and a telephone pole beforehand and then set my watch to .15mi rest which was the closest I could get to 200m rest. Had to manually stop my time each time though which is why a couple of them are wacky. Ended up doing 12 total though and felt really strong and smooth. I don’t think most of my splits were exactly 200 meters, but I definitely think I’ve improved my speed which is exciting. Really had fun with this workout today!

That's exciting!! Its all about enjoying it. Good job getting up too. I know not everyone enjoys being up early like I do lol
