Notes

Progression run this morning. Woke up at 5:05am to get this one done. Really hard doing this on my own this early, but it's nothing I haven't done before. It took me a good 20-25 minutes to start moving at all really. Kinda felt like I was just a slug out there but when it was all said and done, it was a pretty good workout. Did Mad-dog and then river road and lumber yard. Coach wanted it to be a 7 out of 10 effort so I tried to make it as close to that as possible. My first half of the progression was around 6:35-6:42 pace and the second half was around 5:35-5:42 pace. Did my best to start off like a normal run and just continuously pick it up, preferably every 10 minutes. Gonna do a monster and a double this afternoon. Also, it was -2 outside with a real feel of -12. 6 strides.
