Pretty nice tempo today. I could feel my breakfast in me still which kinda sucked and made my breathing a bit off. However, pace was right in my tempo range. I drove for about an hour and a half and stopped at the Dyersville track spur of the moment. My workout was supposed to be a 20-25 min building tempo. I fell asleep on the first mile and went 5:40 lol. I was like oh shiz how the frick did that happen and then went 5:18, 5:16, 5:13. Then I did 2 200's in 28.55 and 28.85. Once I got home, I did a 30 minute monster.
