Really solid tempo today with Sam. He gapped me by a little bit but I went a little bit longer. Also our pace was really nice for the hotter type of weather. A few weeks ago I ran a slower tempo on a track in nicer weather. Today I ran a faster tempo in hot weather on hills and gravel. Slowly but surely I’m making my way back. Super pumped for everyone who killed it at Wartburg-Luther dual. I’m so proud. MONSTER
