Long workout today. Kept it really chill though to make sure my groin held up. Also, my legs are absolutely wrecked from lifting, it hurts to stretch even so I felt really stiff. I just ran with the middle groups today. Breathing was perfectly fine. Legs not so much. Workout was 10 mins at thresh, 1 off, 6 mins at 10k pace or thresh (can't remember), 2 off, 4 mins faster, 3 off, 2 mins faster, 4 off, 8 mins at thresh. Paces: 5:20, 5:33, 5:00, 4:39, 5:26 respectively. Like I said, kept it really chill trying to ease back into things.
