8x2 mins on, 1 min off. Did a 3 mile WU including strides. Pleased with today’s workout because sometimes I get out too quick and struggle the rest of the workout. So today I made sure to get out in control and to finish faster than I started. Not every workout has to be a grand slam. In fact, most shouldn’t. Anyways, this route is kinda challenging although you wouldn’t think it. The first 4 reps were gradually uphill. Middle two were flat. Last 2 were downhill. 16:31 5k split with 5 mins total of easy jogging in between my first 5 reps.
