Notes

Workout: 3x1k, 3x400. Goal paces: 3:12, 3:04, 2:56, 67-68's. Actual: 3:10, 3:03, 2:55. 66, 67, 66. Felt pretty good and was surprised with the amount of pep in my legs. I was a bit fast on most reps but only by a second or so. Just did this solo on a track near me. It felt difficult at some times but never felt like I couldn't do it. It was a short and sweet workout for the most part and I was able to hand it just fine without flats or anything. All I can say is that I'm ready. Lord willing, I have a big race coming.
