Morning run. Groin is just giving me a whole bunch of grief right now. I took 3-4 days off and it still hasn't gone away. It's been making running suck because I can't run without feeling it. My left leg is still tingly and I haven't had a pain free day in over a month. Even when I stretch in bed in the morning when I wake up, I feel it irritating me. On another note, can't wait to watch NCAA races today and finish my Harry Potter book.
