Really fun workout on the track today. Jay and I did broken 1200's. We were supposed to do a 1k at thresh and then 20 seconds rest and a hard 200. The 1k's were 3:13, 3:13, 3:12, 3:12, 3:12 (so right on) and the 200's were 23, 23, 22, 21, 20. Felt strong and fast for all of it. It was really fun to just let loose on the 2's. It was also fun to workout with Jay for a change. Monster, and pool walking. On a side note, I have no actual idea how fast the 2's were. Groin pretty achy though.
